About: We offer an enchanting glamping experience in the heart of Devon. Situated at the bottom of a secluded valley beside a stream, our two off-grid yurt pitches provide the ideal blend of living in nature and comfort. You can indulge in splendid isolation, as neither pitch is visible from the other. The Valley Yurt is located in its own meadow, hidden behind trees. 60 metres away and in a separate woodland area, you will discover the Copse Yurt, nestled amidst its own tranquil surroundings.

Valley Yurt is positioned in a meadow beside the stream, offering the opportunity to spend your days admiring the blue sky or observing the gentle rustling of trees in the distance.

Copse Yurt is situated within a glade in your private copse, right next to the stream. Here, you can immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of trickling water and birdsong.

Inside the spacious yurts, you will find a wood burner, a double bed, and other furnishings, including two camp beds in the wooden trunk for the children. Each yurt features two windows and a removable clear crown cover (the opening at the top), allowing you to fall asleep while gazing up at the stars and maintaining a cool temperature even on the hottest days.

Outside, you have your own deck and kitchen unit equipped with mains water, a twin gas hob and grill, and a cool box (we also provide a personal fridge freezer at the house). The kitchen comes fully stocked with crockery and utensils, and we ensure a continuous supply of fresh water. All you need to bring is your own food.

The site is located one mile away from the village of Witheridge and only 500m from Devon's Two Moors Way coast-to-coast path.

Worth Noting: Cars are not permiited in the valley, so your car will be a two minute walk from your yurt. Don’t worry – when you arrive we will take all your belongings to the yurt for you, and bring it up when you leave.

Other than running water, the yurt pitches are completely off grid. We’ll make sure you always have fully charged lights and provide a power block for USB charging.
