A. First of all, check that your membership ecard hasn't landed in your junk mail folder. This happens from time to time. In the busy season it may take the campsite one to two days to get your membership ecard sent you you. If it's not in your junk mail and you haven't received it after a few days, get in touch with the campsite to request your membership ecard. If still no joy, send us a message using the form below, stating which campsite you booked with and we'll chase it up for you.
A. Don't worry - once you have joined the Club your membership details (name, email address, where joined and date of joining) are entered on the Club's secure membership database. When you book another campsite, inform them that you are already a member (stating your name and email address used to join) and they will be able to verify your membership.
A. Greener Camping Club membership runs from 1st January to 31st December. If you join on or after 1st September, your membership is valid until 31st December of the following year. The reasoning being, that membership always covers the current camping season - typically April to September and doing it this way enables us to keep the cost of membership very low - in fact four to five times cheaper than other camping clubs. Membership does not auto renew - there is no option for this at this time. Whether you join direct with the Club or through a campsite, the Club does not hold any payment details for you.

Membership eCard Not Arrived
Q. I have booked to stay at a campsite and have paid for my Greener Camping Club membership - but I haven't received my membership ecard. What do I do?A.
