Orchard campsite, close to the Severn Estuary with lovely walks on the north Somerset coast.

About: Our popular rustic campsite is located 500m from the Severn Estuary and has access straight to the sea wall on a newly upgraded footpath. From there you can walk along the harbour to Clevedon and its beautiful seafront and pier.

Our six large camping pitches are located in our orchard, which is several hundred years old and surrounded by farmland. Enjoy watching the buzzards and kestrels, as well as the geese, that fly over every morning and evening. Toast marshmallows and warm up round our communal campfire, or your individual fire pit which we have available for you to borrow.

Clevedon town is just a couple of miles away. Along the seafront, you'll find the beautiful Marine Lake, where you can enjoy year-round open-water swimming. From there, continue to Clevedon Pier, the country's only Grade I listed Victorian pier. A multiple winner of Pier of the Year, it is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful piers in the world. Afterwards, take a stroll along Hill Road and Alexandra Road, where you'll discover a wonderful selection of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants.

The towns of Portishead, Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare are a 15 to 25 minute drive away. Portishead has a lovely marina with great restaurants and Weston has its famous pier with arcades for those who crave a little more excitement. Bristol Harbourside is a thriving area with restaurants and bars as well as the MShed museum and SS Great Britain.

Worth Noting: We allow two dogs per pitch but please keep them on leads at all times as we have sheep and free range chickens.
