About: If you’re considering the idea of a quiet getaway, head to Penhallow House, a peaceful Cornish retreat where the coast is close by. Within 15 minutes of several sandy beaches, this rural site is well-situated for exploring the north and south coasts.
In addition to great camping and glamping, breakfast, lunch bags and evening meals are available on site. Make use of the barbecue grill - the little on-site shop has a good supply of essentials for this - as well as many of the basics you may need. There’s also wifi and a washing machine on site!
If there’s anything you can’t find, there’s another small shop within five minutes drive. Drop into the pub while you’re there if you fancy some home-cooked food, or a pint before you head back. Then end the day beside a crackling campfire.
Worth Noting: Situated between Newquay and Truro, Penhallow is on the edge of Newlyn Downs, with easy access to the north Cornish coast and its beautiful beaches.
