Bude Camping

A small, quiet, idyllic campsite with outstanding sea views on north Cornish coast.

About: Bude Camping is a family run site on the north Cornwall coast, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, eight miles north of Bude. We are also a working sheep farm.

We offer a luxury shepherd's hut with a wood fired hot tub, and campervan pitches with uninterrupted views of the sea, Lundy Island and the countryside. Explore the many beaches nearby and with the south west coast path a mere 250m away, access to miles of coastline is right on the doorstep. Footpaths also link us to the local pub 'The Bush Inn' and award-winning Rectory Tea rooms.

Shepherd's Hut: The Shepherd's Hut is styled on traditional huts of the past. Ours brings the old style into the 21st century with underfloor heating, double glazed windows, kitchen area, shower room, wood burner and outside a wood fired hot tub, which offers guests a luxurious experience. The hut has a king size bed plus a bunk bed accommodating two adults and two children (aged between 3 and 12). The bunk bed is also a comfy sofa giving couples a place to relax and enjoy the stunning views and amazing sunsets through the double doors. The kitchen has everything required for cooking, Belfast sink, oven/grill, 4-ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, cooking utensils and crockery. On arrival the fridge will be stocked with milk and four eggs from our own free-range chickens (when possible). The kitchen includes tea and coffee making facilities, so you'll soon be able to sit back and relax.

Campervan / Tent Pitches: We have two exclusive campervan/tent pitches in separate fields, both with outstanding views. Each pitch has its own composting toilet, gas powered shower with mains water, facilities for a fire/bbq - and is for exclusive use of up to two campervans or tents.

Worth Noting: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dogs as we are a working farm with livestock around.

Number of Pitches: Two large campervan/tent pitches plus a Shepherds Hut.

Open: Pitches May to October. Shepherd's hut open all year.
